Brewing coffee is a delicate process that requires attention to detail. The new Night Swim Pourigami dripper makes it easy to brew good coffee, and you can take it anywhere! We love this dripper because it’s super handy, durable & portable, while making a dang good cup of coffee! Snag one here while supplies last!

Directions

Step 1

Bring water to boil. Grab your scale, Pourigami, carafe, and filter and assemble.

Step 2

Weigh out 16g of coffee, we're currently brewing our featured holiday coffee Aurora, and grind to a medium grind. Place your filter in the cone and rinse. Water your plants with the discard water :)

Step 3

Pour 50g of water and start your timer. Your first pour should happen rapidly and attempt to soak as many coffee grounds as possible. Then stir to wet all of the grounds.

Step 4

At 30 seconds, pour to 150g.

At 1 minute, pour to 220g.

At 1:45, pour to 270g.

Your coffee should finish dripping at ~4 minutes.

Step 5

Give the coffee a good stir, pour into your mug, and enjoy slowly, allowing the flavors to change and open up as the coffee cools.

Remember, brewing coffee is a personal art, and you can experiment with different coffee beans, brewing methods, and ratios to find your perfect cup of coffee. If it tastes good, it’s good coffee. Happy brewing!
